    Should I get the Olympic or Standard size?
    The sizing option refers to the loading bar diameter. The Olympic size supports 2" plates while the Standard size supports 1" plates.

    Most home and public gyms use Olympic 2" plates.

    Iron Tib Bar 3.0 is Most Awesome!

    If you are working the calves, work the Tibs as well! The first time I did it, it killed me the next day but by the 3RD time i really started to feel a difference. Start off light and slow because it is a new move. But so far, it is great!
