    Nope! Your Multi Step has anti-slip grip tape across the top.

    It's ideal for training in shoes or barefoot.
    Can I use it with a Slant Board or Slant Blocks?
    Yes you can! The Multi Step was designed with the Slant Board Pro in mind. It is also compatible with our Slant Blocks Pro.
    Is it good for Knees Over Toes training?

    This is an excellent product for ATG training. I love how the design allows for using the box at 2” 4” and 6”. Excellent for progressing reverse step ups, ATG split squats, Jefferson Curls, and Elephant Walks. I have not found anything else on the market capable of beating this in value. 10/10 surpassed all expectations. 🔥🔥🔥

    Sturdy and good height

    I started getting into atg with patrick step downs. I would go to the gym and use a stool but it was very rocky and made me anxious about falling. It also helps that there’s an additional height adjustment for when I want to make it more difficult. Really enjoy this box.
