Why should I train Nordic Curls?
Are Nordic Curls safe for beginners?
Nordics are an intense exercise, but they are safe for beginners.
Elevating your chest is a great way for beginners to get started.
Can I do concentric/explosive reps?
Yes! You can train the full Nordic curl including the concentric/up motion.
Do I need to add weight on the back?
It depends on your weight and strength level.
A 180 lb user performing full reps needs about 45 lbs. A 300 lbs user would require 90 lbs.
You can load the Nordic Mini using a weight plate, kettlebell, or sandbag.
Is the Nordic Mini commercial grade?
The Nordic Mini has a full steel build, premium padding, and an adjustable ankle lock.
The back feet also have holes for screwing it into the ground for extra stability.
The Nordic Mini supports users up to 300 lbs and 7 feet tall.
How long does assembly take?
Assembly takes 20-30 minutes. All required tools are included in the box.
