    I am impressed in several ways with this excellent product. It is very well made and sturdy. The non-stick grip works very well and is critical to performance as it perfectly counters the sliding force created with the foot pointing down hill. The slant of the board is at an ideal angle to create the proper stress on the knee while doing squats and lunges. The board looks great and stores easily. Extremely satisfied with the product.
