Will it fit my shoes?
The Tri-Flexor supports USA men's shoe size 4-13/women's 6-15.
Can I train barefoot?
Yes you can! The heel strap is extra padded for maximal comfort.
For barefoot users, the supported range is USA men's 6-15/women's 8-17.
Do I need weight collars?
You need weight collars to secure weight plates on to your Tri-Flexor.
Any set of Olympic weight collars will work.
If you need, you can add a pair of weight collars to your order.

Will my weight plates fit?
The Tri-Flexor supports Olympic sized weight plates.
We offer a set of 17.5 lbs (2x 5 lbs, 2x 2.5 lbs, and 1.25 lbs) as an add on.
For the majority of people, this weight is more than enough.

What is the weight limit?
Each loading bar can support up to 45 lbs.
Please train with safety in mind and start at a reasonable weight.
Is the Tri-Flexor good for knees over toes training?
Yes! You can perform key ATG movements such as Tib Raises, Hamstring Curls, and Hip Flexor Raises.
It's a great tool for building lower body resilience.
